HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

We are capable to create custom HCM (Human Capital Management)/HRIS(Human Resource Information System), or we could install an HCM/HRIS module from ERP package.

Description Module:

  • General Information (History Employee): module to record personal employee data, history career, history education, history training, history grade, family and etc
  • Working Attendance (absent): module to used to control attendance your employee daily, weekly,monthly. Summary attendance employee, create working calendar, manage shift and group.
  • Appointment (appraisal/grade/score/penilaian): this module to used to score your employee. You allow to set periode score in your company. This system has menu to allow department head and section head to score members of department but they cannot access another department. Section head cannot see score that department head fill in, but department head can see the score that section head fill in to the system.
  • Payroll/payment: this module to used to process salary payment of employee, reporting spt/pph21 to tax office, process bonus and THR, recalculation tax, and process severance payment.
    Common System: module that used to set master code and description for the system, set the division name, department name, section name, pay step, pay class, and etc. Each company have diffirence common system code or description. So you can, input base on your company rule.
    Import/ Export Text file: This module to allow you to export file from the system to another format. Example when you have relation payment to bank by text file or send file by internet, you can use this module. To import/download file from attendance machine (finger or chip) to the system.
    Report: We provide many reports as your request. Report can to print out or save to another file format (excel, text, csv, etc).
  • Connect to Attendance Machine (finger print or Chip): if your company already have attendance Machine, we can connect our HRMS software to your Machine, no need buy the attendance machine. If you have just manual attendance machine (time card), our HRMS software also support it, we can modify our software. We also provide attendance machine (finger print or chip) if you need.

we have RENTAL system: HRMS system + 1 unit Attendance Machine (fingerprint). Start from Rp. 1,250 Juta /month.
